Day 37 - PCR

This is a shot of the tray for the real-time PCR machine in our laboratory.

Simple set-up (as are most of the work set-ups): used the gorillapod to attach the camera to a chair back, set on aperture priority mode, then I played with the different apertures until I found something I liked. I'm pretty pleased with the final photograph. I did just a little bit of the usual in post, but no major adjustments.
