This is a natural light shot. The banana plants grow on the east side of my house and this was taken in the evening. The shot was hand held so I went with a wide open aperture.
In post I desaturated the greens just a little to allow the flower to separate more. I also did a couple of multiply layers. I like this photograph... I think perhaps I'm too fond of the banana plants. Oh well.
